Bridging the Gap Between Vision and Execution isn't a walk in the Park ...

To ensure that high-level plans and visions are not just theoretical but are successfully executed to achieve concrete results requires your commitment and painfully hard work.

What am I doing?

As a Lead Architect at Deutsche Telekom, I am tasked with transforming customer requirements into concrete solutions. In my current role, I lead a dynamic team in the bid submission phase, specializing in complex deals. Together, we design global network solutions tailored to the unique needs of international companies. Our clients often seek significant cost optimization, enhanced stability, and process automation through digital transformation.

This role is both fascinating and challenging, characterized by its absence of routine tasks and the perpetual opportunity for learning. Every project presents fresh insights, making it an exciting journey of professional growth.

Tune into
Customer's voice

Starts with ears wide open and attuning to customer needs is the key for other steps.

Customers' demands are not necessarily unrealistic; they may simply lack complete clarity in expressing their needs. We look forward to finding a solution.

Trasition & Transformation

One may not always have the opportunity to start a project on the green field. Often, it is necessary to integrate it into the customer's existing environment, assisting with process optimization and automation. This is an integral part of the solution and not the easiest one...

Solution &
possible options

There is rarely a one-size-fits-all, 100 percent ideal solution. Instead, it's often essential to assess and identify options that best align with the customer's needs, considering technical, operational and cost factors.

Budget

Delivering a secure and highly available solution that aligns with the customer's budget is another challenge. To illustrate, while Bentley cars are beautiful, customers often opt for models that are more widely accessible within their budget.

Who am I

"In life, I adhere to the belief that achieving quality results isn't merely about seizing the perfect moment or assigning tasks to exceptionally talented individuals. It's primarily about dedicating oneself to hard and honest work within a cohesive team that shares a common mindset. Accomplishments aren't solitary endeavors; they thrive on collaboration and mutual trust. This principle holds significant value."

It is a universal truth that everyone makes mistakes at some point. What truly matters is the ability to learn from these mistakes and to move forward without fear.
